House Rules for Respectful Stays: ●No smoking, pets, parties, or unregistered guests. ●Hot Tub Rules: Use at your own risk. No children under 18 without adult supervision are allowed. Exit immediately if feeling unwell. Please shower before entering the hot tub and turn the hot tub off + replace cover with lock when not in use. No oils or additives permitted. ●Pool Table Rules: No food/drinks on the table. Always replace the cover. Store cues in the sunroom when not in play. ●No food or liquids are permitted on the pool or table. Please wash hands before playing a game of pool to prevent oil and residue buildup on the felt. ●Only water is allowed in the bedroom and living room. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs of liquid/food-stained linens and/or upholstery. ●Please turn off the mini-splits when you go out. ●Please don’t rearrange the furniture. ●Guests incur fees for lost or damaged inventory (pool table, kitchenware, linens, etc.). ●No illegal substances allowed on the premises. ●Detached Unit: A separate unit exists at the back of the property. It is completely private and has no access to your home or amenities. ●Accidents happen, just let us know. ●City Ordinance & Quiet Hours: This property is located within a residential neighborhood and is strictly subject to the City of San Diego Noise Abatement and Control Ordinance. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM. To assist with compliance, the exterior lighting system is programmed to extinguish daily at 10:00 PM, signaling the mandatory conclusion of outdoor activity. At this time, all guests must move indoors and close windows to mitigate sound. ●Financial Liability for Violations: The registered guest (Renter) assumes full financial responsibility for the conduct of all occupants and visitors. Should the property owner incur any administrative fines, citations, or penalties from the City of San Diego or local law enforcement resulting from noise disturbances or quiet hour violations during the stay, the Renter shall be held liable for the full amount of such fines plus any associated processing fees. These charges will be billed immediately to the credit card on file or deducted from the security deposit. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in forfeiture of your stay and refund.
