●No parties or events allowed.
●No smoking allowed.
●No pets allowed.
●No unregistered guests allowed.
●Please park in the circular driveway, on the street, or under the carport at the bottom of the driveway. The driveway along the side of the house is shared with neighbors who park in the back. Please keep this driveway open and accessible.
●Only water is allowed in the bedrooms and living rooms. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs of liquid/food-stained linens, carpets, and/or upholstery.
●No food or liquids are permitted on the pool or ping pong tables. Please wash hands before playing a game of pool to prevent oil and residue buildup on the felt.
●This is a residential neighborhood, please respect the noise curfew (Quiet hours 10pm-9am).
●Please turn off the AC when you go out.
●Please respect check-in and check-out times.
●Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $15.
●Please take off shoes when in the home.
●Please take care of the furnishings. Guests are responsible for paying for damages and upholstery cleaning for stains.
●Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
●Guests incur fees for lost or damaged inventory (kitchenware, linens, etc.).
●No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
●Accidents happen, just let us know.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate removal from the unit without a refund.
