●Only water is allowed in the living area and bedrooms. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for stained linens and/or area rugs.
●Please do not place suitcases on the bed or couches. A luggage rack is located in the upstairs walk-in closet.

●Please turn the AC off when you go out.
●Please respect check-in (3pm) and check-out (11am) times.
●Please take care of the furnishings. Guests are responsible for paying for damages and upholstery cleaning for stains.
